These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your relationship with Hellstorm Wargaming and your use of this website. By browsing or using hellstormwargaming.co.uk, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Purchases and Payment
Placing an Order
When you place an order through our webstore, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
 Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Order Errors
Please check your order carefully before submitting. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at HellstormWargaming@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that amendments can be made once an order has been processed.
 3. Delivery
 Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
 Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, or because you were unavailable to receive it, any re-delivery costs will be your responsibility.
 Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.
4. Returns and Refunds
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at HellstormWargaming@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
 Returning Goods
Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
 Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they are in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days at HellstormWargaming@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sealed products that have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene or other reasons
- Digital products or downloads where the download has already begun, with your prior consent
5. Event Tickets
Purchasing Tickets
Event tickets are sold subject to availability. Purchase of a ticket constitutes a contract between you and Hellstorm Wargaming for attendance at the specified event. Event tickets are a digital item that hold your place in an event.
No Cooling Off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to event tickets where the event takes place on a specific date. All event ticket sales are therefore final unless stated otherwise or the event is cancelled or significantly changed by us.
Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person at your discretion. Please notify us of any transfer before the event by emailing HellstormWargaming@gmail.com so we can update our records.
Event Changes and Cancellations
We will make every effort to run events as advertised. In the event of cancellation or significant changes to the date, venue, or format of an event:
- If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event
- If an event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement
- We are not responsible for any costs you incur in connection with attending an event, such as travel, accommodation, or time off work
Event Rules
By purchasing a ticket you agree to comply with the relevant event rulespack and code of conduct. We reserve the right to remove attendees from an event for breach of the rules or code of conduct without refund.
6. Event Calendar Submissions
Submitting an Event
Tournament Organisers may submit events for inclusion on our public event calendar. Submission of an event does not guarantee it will be listed. We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, up to date, and not misleading. If event details change after listing, please notify us promptly at HellstormWargaming@gmail.com.
Your Data
By submitting an event, you consent to your name, contact details, and event information being stored and used as described in our Privacy Policy. Event details including venue and address will be displayed publicly on our website.
No Endorsement
Listing an event on our calendar does not constitute our endorsement of that event or its organiser. Hellstorm Wargaming accepts no responsibility for events organised by third parties.
 7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video content, and the website design, is the property of Hellstorm Wargaming or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
The Hellstorm Wargaming name, logo, and branding are the property of Hellstorm Wargaming. Nothing on this website grants you any licence to use our trademarks or branding.
